Yorkshire Redundancy Partners is the redundancy and outplacement side of Yorkshire Talent Partners, a recruitment and outplacement firm based at Finningley in Doncaster. Same business, same team, same office.
Why this site exists separately
Yorkshire Talent Partners is a recruitment firm, and on that site redundancy support is one service among several. An employer planning redundancies and an employee who has just been told their role is at risk both need the whole of a site's attention rather than one page of it.
So this site does one thing. Everything on it is about redundancy and what happens after it.
How we work
We support people one to one. The client's own description of the approach is a warm, personal one, and the practical version of that is a named person who knows your situation rather than a portal and a library of documents.
We are recruiters as well as outplacement providers, which means the people supporting your leavers spend the rest of their week placing people with Yorkshire employers.

We are a member of Doncaster Chamber and we are Cornerstone accredited.
We do not claim any other membership or accreditation. If you need us to evidence either of these for a procurement process, call and ask.
